Encouragement It's great to see that coaches are trying to find ways to encourage kids into the game by modifying equipment and court sizes etc to more fit their age and size. There is no point in turning kids off our great game before they even get a taste of how good it really is by exposing them to equipment and courts that they can't handle, such as racket size, ball weight and net height.
